Career Ascend Mission Statement

Career Ascend's mission is to provide English as Second Language training and
Customer Service Agent training to non native English speakers around the world. The
founders mission is to empower people from around the world to speak in the worlds
business language - English and to be able to well equipped to take up a an assignment
as a customer service agent.

The first course will be an ESL and Conversational English course.The course will have
lesson plans on Conversational English, Business English, and Writing Skills etc.

The second course will be the customer service training course and will be of 10 hour
instruction time. This course will teach all the customer service agent skills that are
taught at the best call centers around the world. This will empower prospective
employees to market / project them better to call center employers in this competitive
market.
